It’s a straightforward option for those who have a specific tile in mind and appreciate a warranty for the installation craftsmanship.
Gold
Stepping up to the Gold tier, clients still provide their chosen tile, but I take care of supplying the setting materials. Opting for this tier provides not only a 5-year warranty on both the setting materials and labor but also the assurance of quality materials used in the installation process.
Platinum
At the top-tier, the Platinum level, I take care of everything. From supplying the tile to providing the setting materials, clients can relax knowing that their tile installation is in the hands of an experienced craftsman. This premium service comes with a substantial 10-year warranty, reflecting the confidence in both the materials and the skillful workmanship invested in creating a lasting and beautiful result. The Platinum Tier also includes epoxy grout installation. Cleaning and maintenance will be a breeze with this package.
